​Lead Game Designer Live Ops, Progression, Economy & Systems Design


I’m a Lead Game Designer with 12+ years of experience designing progression, live ops, economy, monetization, and player engagement systems for live-service games.

My work sits at the intersection of player motivation, business strategy, and team execution. Across Madden Mobile, NBA LIVE Mobile, Disney Emoji Blitz, and Wu-Tang: Rise of the Deceiver, I’ve helped teams build systems that give players clear goals, sustainable rewards, and reasons to return over the long term.

I’m especially strong at turning ambiguous goals into clear, shippable systems: battle passes, storefronts, equipment frameworks, character progression, reward faucets, event cadences, auto-crafting systems, live content tools, and scalable design guidelines.

As a lead, I focus on creating alignment. I work closely with design, product, analytics, production, art, engineering, and external partners to connect player needs, business goals, and team execution into systems that can actually ship.
